 How is being forced to buy health insurance different from being forced to buy car insurance?
It's no different - they are both necessary to a stable society.
They are completely different - car insurance protects you, your passengers, and anyone you hit. Health ins is just for you.
They're similar but not exactly the same, because you don't need car insurance if you don't own a car-but we all have a body.
