There are more important things in the world to worry about.
It is not tolerated elsewhere in society so we should do all we can to stop it.
Football is an outlet for all kinds of emotions. These fans do not mean it literally.
We should act against the really bad things (like whole groups chanting offensively against one player) but not the rest
