Follow your heart, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity and you can't waste it based on which is cheaper or easier.
There are better countries that speak English you should look into.
England would be a better choice.
Ireland would be a better choice.

No, though not due to religion, many childrens institutions are evil places, regardless of who runs them.
