I'm thinking about becoming a foreign exchange student from America to either England or Ireland. What do you think?
Follow your heart, it's a once in a lifetime opportunity and you can't waste it based on which is cheaper or easier.
There are better countries that speak English you should look into.
England would be a better choice.
