 How do you picture life in Iraq right now?
Things are wonderful. People are fed, jobs are available, streets are clean and secure, education is available, etc.
It's a horrible shell of a country, and the people who live there are suffering more than ever. Filth, constant danger, etc
Somewhere in-between. It's not the greatest, but you could live a peaceful healthy life, most of the time.
I have no clue, and don't really care.

 When should the troops in Afghanistan and Iraq come home?
When the region has been stabilized and the job is completed.
ASAP! Get them home NOW! (no matter what happens over there)
As long as it takes to root out the enemy and bring them to justice.
When it seems most logical and feasible to do so, bring them home in stages.
