gamma rays? Surely you jest. X-rays and gamma rays will kill you long before you get much time to enjoy viewing them with your implants. ;o)
yes im not only making the assumption that your implant surgery not only works but also has safety measures to prevent ill side affects like radiation poisoning and accidentally cutting off your arm if you chose to go with laser beams.
