Holland is not a country.... It's a region in the Netherlands...
Yes very correct, (even though Amsterdam happens to be in the Holland region). I would certainly not choose Amsterdam myself, I live so close to it that I come there at least once a month already :-) I think it would be San Francisco for Me

Not right now. Most of the cities in a list I have visited already. However I would like to do the last survey with a winners of last four. To find the ultimate city on the list. Just pure curiosity.
I've been to Amsterdam, it was nice (cough cough). Barcelona was great too, but I'd have to go with San Franciso because I've never been there. Maybe Vienna the year after that.
Vienna and San Fransisco are nice, if you go to SF make sure to visit Yosemite park. I hope you don't mind being treated as a criminal at the border (fingerprinted and iris scaned)
