Grotesquely and horribly untrue. It is a good bet that the million of children who die of enteric diseases every year did not deserve it. Just as one small example.
Unlikely, looking at the resources on this planet they are quite unequally spread. So chances are we will all miss out on at least part of what we "deserve". Even communism failed at that. In the emotional department there are no guarantees either that we will find love and happiness. The only guarantee is probably that when you are not loving towards others you will probably not be loved in return.
