I agree completely. We shouldn't forget the "intelligence" of weapons of mass destruction which the Bush administration used to support its rally for the Iraq war. This "intelligence" was attained by torture in Egypt and clearly turned out to be false.
The companion question "would you have sex with someone of the same gender to stop a terrorist attack" was removed... I wish it wasn't. The comparison would be interesting.
but I think it was removed because homosexual people could not really answer this question and especially because it implies that having sex with someone of the same gender is something strange or "not to do"...
For a huge amount of people having sex with someone of the same gender is something strange. I'm willing to bet that a large percentage of those who said that they would torture to stop an attack would be unwilling to "go the extra mile" so to speak.

Not to mention the fact that Iraq had nothing to do with terrorism until after the U.S. got there.
