I already bring a reusable bag, which i keep additional paper bags in, to the grocery store.... But when i go to stores like Target, i sometimes leave the reusable bag at home so i can get the plastic bags, the make great mini trash bags and fit perfectly in the waste bin in my room.... ¦¬ ]

I think it is a good idea - but I probably would not pay it. Would prefer to purchase or bring in a reusable bag.

This is already common practice here for as long as I'm aware of, I think over 15 years.
