Not without a detailed history of the person. Do they have any other possibly terminal conditions like cirrhosis. are they going to be an asett to the community if they survive? What if they are serving "life" for murder? Etc.
With my luck the 'unknown dying person' would turn out to be Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld, or Rice. Not a chance.

This question exposes the basic dishonesty of this community. People are answering questions in abstract. I doubt that many of those answering yes would actually do it when really faced with the situation.
I didn't answer in the abstract. My answer is "no" unless I have a really good reason for deciding otherwise.
I believe those that answered no are honest. Most of those who answered yes, answered as a person that they pretend or perhaps wish to be, not as a person that they are.
No, I'd hang on to it. I would want to be able to donate if it was needed by a family member or close friend.
