Define fast food - are you referring to take out "family restaurants" like McDonalds, or are you included prepackaged foods in the grocery store?

Sheep, you've seen enough questions to know that it has nothing to do with how I interpret the meaning of something and everything to do with how the person answering the question interprets it.

Furthermore, I believe that you are far too intelligent to ever think that frozen veggies are somehow considered "fast food." If you need further clarification, check out Wikipedia where the term seems to exclusively refer to take away or takeout restaurants

I was thinking more in the line of canned soups and prepared meals than frozen vegetables. What good does it do to drop one and yet bring home meals from the store that are just as bad?

To my thinking, the only way you are about to get 3 years added would be if everything was grown organically (yes, including your meats) and prepared at home. Not gonna happen with today's lifestyle, no one has enough time, although I see it as a societal failing that we don't.

So my answer is...no. I would if I could, but I cannot. I just don't have the time.

So the lunch-time pre-packeaged foods by Taco Bell that are marketed to children do not constitute fast food?

they are sold in supermarkets, not drive-thrus.

It's still garbage for you, but pre-packaged food is a different animal then fast food. If you ask if people would give up pre-package food for 5 extra years, I bet less would say yes. We can play the game where we try to overanalyze all of the questions on the site, but I vote for common sense. While your point is valid and I'm glad you brought it up, be honest was pre-packaged food the first thing you thunk of, when you read the question?

Yeah, sheep(!) Get back in the game(!) What happened to you(?)

I gave up fast food after I saw the movie "Supersize Me."

I tried - but Burger King fries still call to me. And so long as I'm there ... why not get a burger and a Hershey pie? And might as well "king size" those fries. I'll compensate by drinking a Diet Coke ... (lolol)

I had already nearly given it up before I saw the movie. Since then, the only thing I have had is the very occasional salad from Mickey D's.

The 3 worst years of my life? No thank you.

Excellent point. It's not like you're picking up another round from 25 - 28. You're picking up three extra nursing-home years ...

Only for 3 years? NEVER!

Minum: 10 Years and even for that I would'nt stop 4ever 2 eat Fast Food!
