In regards to this story--http://www.cnn.com/2008/LIVING/wayoflife/08/17/bitter.wind.ap/index.html?eref=rss_topstories
I feel sorry for the guy, and I do say that there's a lot of unpopulated land on which they can place the turbines, but most of the Americans see only the big bucks, they always have and they always will.
When questions go global did you know "global voters" do not have access to our comments? I was surprised too when I found out. This is why, if I don't fall asleep, I often delete questions that I only intended for the community, ones that would make zero sense to people who can't read the comments.
Oh hell, that's right--it does no good to put the link in the comment section, they cant even tell what the heck this question is about---thanks for reminding me before I do this again. I should just delete it, it has 74 votes, I don't know??
The anger serves no purpose. The train has left the station. Make the best of it and move on.
The guy is a jerk to raise such a fuss about his father's decision to capitalize on this opportunity. It is not the son's land, or his place to gripe. It sounds like he's had a pretty free ride for a long time, and he should be more grateful.
