Of course it would.

Yes, the obvious power to regualte them is the government and they are going to be bais. Better that they offend others with their views then to be all the same and backing the government, we need the variety so that we can make up our own minds.

Yes it would, taking the freedom to lie away from them is something I could possibly support.
