Indeed. Did you see that TV commercial that aired a couple of years ago. A woman is trying on shoes and she hands three different styles to the man who accompanied her on her shopping trip and asks him which one he likes the best. When you see them in her hands all three shoes look like different styles. After they are passed to him the color images change to black n' white and you see that to him, actually to most men, all three styles look exactly the same. I thought, yeah. For my wife it hit home much moreso than it hit me; she could really identify with it.
I would say rather that they dress to impress other women. Most men can't even remember what a woman was wearing. ;o)

I never considered other women in choosing what to wear. Still don't. My criterion used to be "Will guys look?"; now it's "Is it comfortable?"
