Both genders have their strenghts and weaknesses but both have equal value. This is where some people (usually men) get confused, they think that becuase in general most men can life more weight or hit a ball further that makes them somehow better.
Hey don't stereotype. I think women are perfectly equal to men (mentally). Of course men are stronger but that doesn't mean anything in this day and age. Everything should be perfectly equal. We're equally as smart and capable.
I said "some men", you obviously are not one of them, but i have met plenty, so I know they exist, perhaps you have been more fortunate in those you have encountered in life?
Sorry, in most respects yes. But when it comes to cuddling up to a nice warm fireplace or watching a beautiful sun set along the beach, I prefer women. So men and women are not equal, in my book.

I obviously would not consider speaking for women, but if I were a gambling man, I would make a reasonable wager on illeteracy not being one of the first things a woman looks for in a man before allowing him that particular pleasure.

Men and women are different. We behave, reson and act differently. There isn't necesserily one that is superior thou.
