It is a known and recognised tactic. Same way with the rocket atacks, they try to launch from a residential area, so if the launch is tracked by a UAV or other asset, it is hard to strike at teh crew without hurting innocents.
It is a win-win for these guys - if the IAF holds back the rocket crew gets away to launch again, if they attack they provide innocent bodies to the news programs.
Not all that different to old "Sadman Insane" building hospitals next to military buildings etc.
Israel is not the ones to blame for the deaths in Gaza, Hamas is. Blame needs to be put where it properly belongs and stop making Hamas (the instigators) look like the victims.
It is not the Fire fighter's fault for destroying your house. Flooding belongings and continuing to pull down ceilings and walls even after the fire seems to be out. The damage was rightfully all caused by the original fire, and the Fire fighter's actions where in reaction to the fire and to try to make sure the fire doesn't come back.
**If** Israel is to blame for any thing it is showing too much restraint and not going far enough to make sure this time is the last time.

This is not a question with appropriate answers.
However sad someone may find those pictures, they do not allow any sensible voting, so this is in effect a non-question.
I welcome a serious question on the subject with sensible answers, but I urge site users to marki this as inappropriate, as an unanswerabl;e question.
