Why is Sarah Palin resigning as Alaska governor? Ask a Question

9 Answers

She is just too busy reading all the newspapers and watching Russia from her back yard. Good for Alaska.

If I am reading this right, she would have had a tougher fight on her reelection than she did the first time round. She may not have wanted the appearance that Alaskans were losing confidence in her in a presidential race. (Her poll numbers have gone from 80% approval rating to 55% in just a couple of years).

I don't either, to tell the truth.

I think she has agreed to take on the role of Republican attack dog. One of the Republican problems when dealing with Democrats is that Republicans are portrayed as the party of NO whenever we disagree. The thinking may be to defuse that by making Palin the lightning rod. I know that she is not afraid of anyone.

She did it to herself, because she had the choice and could have said NO to McCain. I believe, she was not aware of what she would get into when she agreed. Even though as a politician she should have known. And no, I don't like her either.

She's not pregnant again, ...is she? XD

Why should that stop her? It didn't affect her last time...

lol!

I am sure Alaska will!!

She might want to disappear from politics for ever, because it became too much for her. And by 2012 who will remember her? ;)

Has anyone considered she might be ill?
