Mostly, I think, they are lazy.
Next would be that they don't care--but not in the sense of not caring at all, more in the sense of not thinking it is their job.

[2 points] 156 days ago by deleted user ReplyThe answer to that question is absolutely beyond me. The number of people who are unable to act in a responsible manner without outside prompting is a puzzle. I think trashing your own environment is beyond crass.
