Hmmm. The Queen is 5'4" to Judge Judy's 5'1". The Queen is also packing a few more pounds and has a good German frame - giving her a low center of gravity. Judy's a pistol - the Queen, a rock. My guess is Judy would land a lot more blows, but the Queen would keep her feet until Judy just flat wore out. Then the Queen would land one quick pop - Judy would go down like a rag doll.

Judy's gavel is no match for the Royal Handbag of Doom. That said, her Maj is getting on a wee bit. When it comes to sharp tongues, I suspect they could be equal. And Judy's robes could conceal all manner of small, sharp weaponry.
I think....they would be mid-duel, when Phillip comes out and says something really stupid, and they both turn their collective Old Lady Ass Kickin powers onto him instead and then declare it a draw over tea and scones.
Judge Jerry Sheindlin. Covered the bench on The People's Court after Ed Koch, but before Marilyn Milian ("the HOTTEST judge on TV" according to the promos) (lol). He seems like a pretty mild-mannered guy - his time wasn't long. He admitted in an interview that Judy wins all the arguments at home. (lol) I think Phillip could handle him. But I have visions of him sitting down to tea, watching as the blows began to land, carefully taking it all in.
