Probably biting off someone's finger.
Or thirdly - biting off the finger of the person who punched you, which is what happened at the recent town hall event, to which I presume you're alluding. Good thing the guy had Medicare.
I have to admit, while the thought of biting off someone's finger makes me sick, if the bitee threw the first punch, he was asking for a world of hurt. You simply don't throw a punch at someone expecting to get out of it scot-free.
Right. I certainly would not advocate biting off fingers, but if you're going to punch, you got something coming.
