Do you mean DVDs of recent TV programming? It seems like you are comparing two different things.
Nope, I mean DVDs that could include TV shows, but nothing that's been released in the last 12 months. The real question here is would you rather have DVR or subscribe to Netflix.
Well, I have two memberships in Netflix and no cable or satellite TV, so I guess that tells you where I stand.
Oh, and I haven't seen a commercial in YEARS!
Netflix. The only TV shows I'm interested in I can usually stream on my computer.
Point of order, the question is an either or. The assumption is that you wouldn't have other video choices.
