Interestingly worded, Lucas. I don't think any country SHOULD use torture. But, who am I to say what China is ALLOWED to do. As long as countries stay consistent with their own laws and whatever international treaties they are obligated to follow, I think I'll stay out of it.
The beauty of it is that simply reading it put the whole thing in perspective. I hate that people actually think it's OK for us to even entertain that idea that torture is ok in any shape or form.
