Of the four choices, I'd take 2 as it doesn't affect me.
none of them affect you unless it means the Canadian constitution.
Perhaps you didn't notice that this is not a US polling site. It actually originates in Canada. I answer hypothetically to the questions as I see fit. Live with it.
