And you guys had your second earthquake (I believe in recorded history) a month or so ago. Looks like the weakened dollar has us importing more tourists, and exporting our weather ... (lol)
Tsumani--I hate water, can't swim, panic if I'm in more than a bathtubfull.
I don't think a tsunami will hit the USA midwest anytime soon; I'll have to go with tornados first, earthquakes second, the Yellowstone supervolcano third.
Hey Chip, when the Big One hits CA, and we look west (I am going home someday!) to the nearest land--Ireland--we'll think of you.
Mostly has to do with where you live.
Those all fear me.
Tornadoes aren't so bad - usually don't hit much, and when they do more likely than not (around here anyway) a lot of neighbors will show up to help you out.
We don't get any of those where I live although an earthquake has the most chances of hitting here.
We get lots of earthquakes here, http://tinyurl.com/28jlzf
but the idea of a tornado scares me much more - even though I know it could never happen here.
