The problem with naming a product "life" is that it would be almost impossible to trademark, since the term is so ubiquitous. Praq, on the other hand is unique. Still, I am not fond of Praq as a name. "Pat" would be better ("the opposite of tap"). But there too, you have a ubiquity problem.
