Hmm, that's a tough one. For me it depends on how often it rained. If it rains as often as it does in Vancouver or Seattle... then I'd choose -6'C and sunny. If it was -6'C and sunny all winter, then I'd welcome a 15'C day!

I knew I hated the metric system. That's what I get for cow-towing to the rest of the world and trying to do the conversion :)
