I don't see how paying your own health care can be fair at all - health can only be to a certain level be regulated and influenced by living healthy, but many diseases simply happen to people and I do not think it is fair at all if those people get burdened by having to pay for that as well - and don't forget that really ill people have a harder time earning money in job as well.

I would hate to see a person die in childhood (or at any age) from of a medical condition that couldn't be treated because it was too expensive.
Here public health is a joke, so i would definetly prefer to choose the health that i want than contributing with more money to an inefficient system.
