I didn't realise New Zealand was famous for it's cheese, but then I guess only France is famous for it's cheese, and it's disgusting.

No, on pizza there is different cheese, but it's cooked among other stuff, so it doesn' really count.

In my experience the US produces few and poor cheeses. Italy would be on my short list.

Try some of the boutique producers. The mass produced stuff is yuck.

I get local stuff made by the Amish. I'm with Dauguy with the mass produced stuff.
