Armed Forces Network radio, NASN channel on the telly, the Stars&Stripes newspaper, the USA Today newspaper and the internet.
Seems like the TV is always on ESPN for ambient info, but for stats its to the internet.
I get a lot of my sports info off of twitter, especially for my favorite teams. Like this one where I can chat with the Giants guy http://twitter.com/giantsofsf or this where I can follow the redsox https://twitter.com/redsoxcast very cool to get quick updates while you are working.
I'll have to start following giantsofsf on twitter, huge giants fan here.
