Maybe I worded the question wrong. I guess if it is asked as "EVER" that might mean "yeah once in 1994 when I was stuck at an airport for three days and didn't have anythikng else to do"
So, switching it up a bit...do you ROUTINELY read them?
The thing I find so funny about the question is that most people I know do not routinely read them (and most have NEVER read them). So, for all they know they could have signed away rights to their first grandchild, and granted unrestricted permission to the licensor to use licensee's house in the Hamptons, and nobody would ever know (at least until licensor rings the doorbell...with his five kids in tow).

I always 'scan' them. You would be surprised what you are agreeing to (legaly) sometimes. I've seen them say you agree to have spyware/adware installed on your system, and many other interesting things. On more than one occasion I've NOT installed a piece of software because of the EULA.
I read about spyware and stuff being sneaked into EULAs once and now I have a good scan of them before agreeing - not that I've ever found anything untoward.
I actually did read one, the first piece of software I ever installed, (windows 95) i read most of the agreement. biggest waste of time ever, but I was only about 7 years old at the time and I did not understand it much. its just a bunch of junk.
WHAT!!! how many people have read that rubbish!!!
that (or so i thought) was a VERY good ppint, one that made me laugh! now i just feel like the joke is on me becuase so many people have done!!
