I would argue non of them is good in a pure sense. I think I would prefer a mild kind of capitalism with some socialism thrown into it, as well as solid guarantees for personal liberties.
None of those words are descriptive of a type of government, really. C,C&S are styles of economies, and fascism is more a leadership style. None are purely implemented anywhere. None are incompatible with representative democracy, for example.
Both communist and fascist states have, to date, proved to be be incompatible with democracy. Their respective ideologies are in essence anti-democrastic.

If Obama's "changes" are truly socialist then the answer has has got to be socialist. I see the majority agree. :-)
