I struggled with this question....I took a class called "death, dying, and suicide" and we learned how much petroleum fuel is used up in cremation and how much pollution it produces....and I'm not okay with that. HOWEVER!! You can have your ashes mixed in with a coral reef "starter" frame to help rebuild the reefs...and I'd want that done to make up for the pollution.
How come "give my body to science" is not an option? I knew I lady who was quite well off financially and she willed her body to science. Back then I couldn't figure her out, but the older I get the less revolting the idea. Heck with the right diseases one of my organs could be a star attraction in a jar on some medical professor's desk.
Why no 'don't care' option for me to choose?
Whatever they like.
Yeah - what happens to your body after you die is a concern only the melodramatic, the egotistical or the people who loved you.
Put em in J Lo's undies!!

Lot less pollution than that diesel bus taking the ashes to make a new reef--don't struggle with this stuff or you will never be able to vote.
haha, good call....I'll just plan to die near a reef :)
They can just bury me in the back yard if they want to. I wouldn't want anyone to waste their money on a big deal that I can't be a part of.
