IM kind of in a mess and need advice

Cutting would definitely not be the answer.

I have needed help--so many times. I've been through a divorce, bankruptcy(following the divorce), separated from my children, had to move, parents died---that's just a couple...One of the things that helped me was watching the 'hour of power'. Dr. Schuller said something very profound. He stated we go through seasons in our life---maybe right now is winter in your life(cold-bleak) but spring is just around the corner. Hope. And then it will be the season of Summer(warmer-brighter) Things will turn---have a positive attitude, get a group of people who you trust who can encourage you.

We are just building a website for this very situation...it will be launched in Summer.

Maybe you can put your story on it...

I totally feel you ... I am a total mess these days as well. I have tried praying ... and it never works, maybe it will for you ... but it never did for me. Even just praying for happiness.

I think I need to find meds soon as well. I hope everything goes well for you and me both. :'(

Get help. I've been helped several times in my life. Life got confusing when I was young. Got grief counseling when my Mom died. Sometimes chit just piles up on us, and it's great to have someone to talk to about it. Someone that's not related. Sometimes I needed meds for a time. When my hormones got screwed up THAT was the worst. Try to stay healthy. Don't be afraid of yourself. ohhhhh and do something to help someone else. That always got me out of my own worry-state. :) Prayer can help. Good Luck.

good advice. Sleep, eat, connect with friends, nature, and God. There are always counselors available at churches and places of worship.

I DONT CUT MYSELF!!!!!

If you're only option is to cut than you need to seek help. Talk to a family member or friend and if that doesn't bring any kind of relief than look for a therapist to talk to.

Its my cousin who cuts herself! but shes in quait so theres nothing i can do about it.

This looks like a plea for help. There are many resources for it. Take a look at dailystrength.org There are many others with similar problems that may offer some assistance. My profile includes my email address if you wish any contacts.

What's up with the cutting
