Most of the time when I have dessert it is something chilled: ice cream, sherbet, sorbet, Popsicles, mousse, etc.

I've had fried ice cream (in a Mexican place once, had to know what the hell it was) but I've never encountered fried cheesecake. It sounds like a cardiologist's nightmare.
