Since there aren't enough choices here I'll have to go with the sane choice. "Dole out" is the answer.

If lower class voters have to see their taxes spent on stuff that will never help them, like the war in Iraq, which hurts far more lower class people than any other class because they are the ones most often used to fill the ranks of the volunteer army, it's time the government does something to help them.

Most of us know whenever you go to the hospital for any kind of serious pain the first thing they do is a very expensive CT scan.

An upper class person can easily afford the medical bills. A middle class person is likely to have a job where health benefits on the job will pay for the test. But a poor person is probably going to be working at a Wal-Mart or some substandard employment that does not pay health benefits, so as a result the tests will all be out of pocket and the poor person may be paying for many years.

Have the government do something for people that need it most. Only pay for unnecessary war after everyone's basic needs have been met. Only pay to send astronauts to the space station after poor people get the medical tests they need without having to be reduced to more hardship than they already face.

Maybe not easy choices for some. Heck, if you have 7 houses why not work on getting house number 8? Some probably think that way but I think we need to help people here at home first, then help everyone else after those who need help at home get what they need.
