Neither. Baking soda. It's super cheap, a fifty cent box lasts a long time, and it works great. With it's somewhat abrasive quality you really feel like you're getting clean. Okay, don't try it, I discovered how great it is about five years ago and, to tell the truth, I still feel dirty whenever I have to use soap because I'm somewhere away from home and I forgot to get baking soda.
