You aren't looking hard enough! Liberal / progressives grill seafood, poultry and ribs. Conservatives favor beef brisket and hamburgers.

A combination of everything above but very light on the seafood.
I would certainly eat any of the above, but I already know the menu for Saturday, and it's hamburgers and hotdogs and brauts.
