An interesting question, and one that was addressed by Larry Niven in his short story "The Jigsaw Man." (I understand the Chinese have already started harvesting the organs of condemned criminals. Makes you wonder just what might end up being a crime if the trend continues...oh, hell, just read the story!) He also successfully predicted "organ leggers," people who bootleg organ 'donations.'
Any of the Gil Hamilton ARM stories, novellas, etc, deal with a world where transplants are a major means of life extension.

Actually I think they have discussed the possibility here. You would have to specifically opt out is the way they were thinking.
That's how it is in the USA. You have to specifically opt-in by signing the back of your driver's license.

IT DEPENDS IF UR BEING FORCED ALIVE NO IF U R DIED AND IT CAN SAVE LIVES THAN YEA
Organ donation is a great thing to do. Being forced is wrong.
