No, it's not ok. Far from it. But I don't hate it either.

Oh, lookie! 2/3 say it's OK but could be better!

Maybe because that's the only reasonable answer. Although I should point out that these three answers are not mutually exclusive. One can love America and still think it could be better.

It is just SUCH a liberal thing to say! ;)

I wouldn't trade it for anywhere else--anyone that would, is free to leave it.

I agree with you totaly. Its anoying that illegal immigrants sneek into the USA, live off of our liberties, dont paying our taxes, and then complain about being descriminated agenst. Nobody's keeping them here, if they dont like it they should leave.

i guess its about the country.. it could be the continent

If you're reffering to USA, strongly dislike it mostly because of the education system or lack thereof, which causes the majority of the population to be stupid idiots. I much prefer Europe.

and someone that thinks they are a super fly said that!!!! from a stupid American to a queer ninja--go fuck yourself mr education

You just proved my point.

Education in the U.S. is not that bad when compared with other nations. And like you I also prefer Europe.

BTW congratulations on your new blasphemy law :P -- http://blasphemy.ie/2010/01/01/atheist-ireland-publishes-25-blasphemous-quotes/

It's not mine. That law is in effect in the Republic of Ireland, I live in Northern Ireland, where we still have free speech. That link only gives me "Service Temporarily Unavailable".

Sorry, I thought you were from Ireland proper. The site is back now, I thought you might enjoy that page.

"Ireland proper"(!) As if Northern Ireland is just Ireland Lite! LOL

Cheers for the link, I especially like the lastest comment: "If Jesus loves me so much, why hasn't he called?"

You are welcome, I couldn't resist the "proper" ;)

Oh cool, a fellow Northern Irelander!

None of these things occur nowadays. I haven't even seen a soldier, and the only place that checks your bag would be the airports. I was born in 1992, if that gives you an idea of the time of development. Protestants and Catholics still hate each other with a passion, but I think they're slowly realizing; they worship the same freakin' guy! It always takes the religious much longer to progress, they're not the brightest people.

No, I don't believe you've said that before. And Cheers! :)
