[2 points] 3 years ago by deleted user ReplyMy vote for Iceland was a joke =), on a serious note, I believe Israel is more of a Regional threat, within the Middle east, I do feel that North Korea is more of a threat to World peace, they have missiles that could attack targets on the west coast of the US, although wether or not they are nuclear is whole debate on it's own

Yeah... this is really a great comparison, because there are so many other countries threatening Norway, Denmark and Icleland! Why less than 400 years ago, that nasty Sweden actually tried to expand and form the Swedish Empire! Israel's neighbors on the other hand, are a peace loving bunch, who would never wish any other country harm.

Israel is a threat to world peace in the same sense that Czechoslovakia was in 1938. At risk of imminent attack from its facist neighbours.
There is a difference though. For the time being at least Israel can and will defend itself. So the US intention to throw this democracy to the wolves of tyranical Islamist fundamentalism may back-fire.
Let's compare Israel to similar countries that have warring and hostile neighbors, one's that want to wipe them off the face of the earth. Otherwise there can be no comparison.
