Probably, but his old lady would bitch slap him.

Here's an interesting one. The 22nd amendment prevents Bill from being "elected" president again, but constitutionally, could Hillary name him as her Vice President?

I believe the 22nd Amendment would prevent him from being elected Vice President as the two term limitation on holding the office of the President is absolute. Why? Because if Hillary died he would be unable to assume the office.

Not according to the wording of the amendment. It says he can't be ELECTED to more than two terms, it doesn't say he can't assume the office. So if he did assume the office on her death he would be unable to stand for reelection.

I believe you are wrong, but I am not a constitutional lawyer.

Oh, I'm perfectly willing to be wrong. But according to the actual wording I am not, so I just wondered if anyone knew for sure. So far I haven't found anyone who does.

Is it also plausible that Hillary already was president, with Bill as her frontman? She must've had his rocks in a bind a long time ago! I think he's already been slapped!

It seems like he is up for election.

Perhaps... if all the brain-dead people voted!

Not a chance in hell!!
