Yeah, her whole family is. They have everything recorded right back to a great...great-grandfather (I think it's five greats back) who came from upstate New York in pre-revolutionary Colonies days. 1760s. On my father's side I have back to the 1830s, can't seem to get any further there.
We didn't do it through any of the online stuff. They've had the records in the family for generations, just passed down. I put it all up on geni.com for the family to use and add to as it grows.
Well thats great, my family didnt keep any notes or records, I think some would be interesting as my dads dad was a cowboy on the 101 ranch in Texas somewhere and was an Indian fighter so he would be an interesting person I think..

interesting, I was going to start that and saw that all the sites were pay sites and decided it didnt matter that much at that time..

I am not even sure of my paternal grandmas full name--she died when I was very young and I never met her that I can remember.
