How can we tell if proper grammar is making someone seem more confident?

Your grammar appears flawless but I truly cannot say you seem more confident; however, I can tell you you don't seem any less confident.

Fair enough. Perhaps I should have gone with a different word.

Now you are going to tell me I'm playing dumb again, right?

I do not understand how your use of proper grammar makes you seem more confident. Can you see how my use of proper grammar makes me more confident? I think I am just as confident whether I use proper grammar or improper grammar.

I envision it seeming that way because it shows that you took the time to formulate a good argument, as opposed to just posting the first thing that came to mind.

Spelling and punctuation helps, too. (lol)

naw, i dont thank dat matters whut matters is dat you git your iders out dere fo udders to understand

I think it's funny that your comment gets the most points on this thread. I am fairly sure it was sarcastic. LOL

What's more, you even sound believable (but I'm still not sure about whether you sound MORE confident). :)

I don't believe half the shit some of the people have on here, no mater how eloquent it is said--you too dog.
