Yup. The Supremes are not fond of the Ninth Circuit, it keeps deciding in favor of the people and the Constitution, not the power structure. Unlike the Supremes, who happily violate every principle of jurisprudence to further the agenda of the Right.

We don't have video broadcasting of trials.
We have media court reporters and no camera's inside.
So what....
