The tide has gone out on the secessionists - it could come back in but not, I think, any time soon.
Probably not. (I do like visiting Quebec but I do not care if they did or not)

A couple of idiots are trying to get some press just like the idiots in Texas. It won't happen.
It actually came close to happening in 1994 and the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that it could be done. (in 1999 if memory serves)
