Im going with Space Aliens. Maybe we could eventually steal their superior technology and use it against them. Its hard to steal zombie technology without being a zombie and robots probably would never fear "death" enough to make defeating them practical.

All of these could be non-fiction, too!
Sentient Robots; yes, but not currently.
Space Aliens; they probably exist but as interstellar travelers it’s very unlikely, and would currently be fictitious.
Zombies; not sure how zombies would ever be non-fiction.
