The 16th Amendment needs to be repealed.

If it was perfect then we wouldn't be able to amend it due to outdated or otherwise notions, would we?

I would argue that the interpretations of the Constitution by various groups are flawed.

And the Founding Fathers realized it was. That's why they added the Bill of Rights. Otherwise, the only thing really guaranteed was property rights.

Every deed done or document drafted by man(including women oc)has flaws.
