I think they are innocent of violating copyright law, but I can't help but think their heart is not in the right place where the artists' rights are concerned; this even though they may technically not be violating copyright if they do not host any illegal files. On legal grounds I think they have strong grounds for a successful appeal. On moral grounds I sympathize with the plaintiffs.
