Let me ask you a question, I have lived in one house for over 40 years and only needed a Realtor once in my life, I know this is more than likely not the average, but do do you have any stats on how many times a person, on the average, sells or buys a house in their lifetime?
Well, if it is anticipated that there will be favorable comments and many people read those favorable comments they might be persuaded to hire a Realtor. That's how advertising works.
Yes they do.
they often save you more with there experience than their commissions are.

dunno bec, but I have twice moved...a buy, sell, buy. I got one more sell, buy in me. Then I prolly go to "the home" to die.
Realtors deserve everything they get.

Seem to be a lot of questions about Realtors lately. Someone getting a little free advertising or what?
Wondering the same!!! It may be waugs has a new job, haven't seen him in a while??
I'm afraid waugs would have a limited clientele, just left wing liberals. But, there may be enough of those in Canada to make a good living.
I've only ever used 1, and he was a tool. I knew more about the houses we saw just from reading the listings.
you got a bummer!! they seem to come out of the woodwork..
So... what causes a "Timed Out" question?
Also, not sure how this advertises anything. Would loved to be schooled on that.

Ah... yes. Hoping for positive remarks. Brilliant advertising strategy.
It's cheap! Check the profile of the person asking this question, it may give you a clue.
