While I keep my hair trimmed and neat, it is nearly to my waist in length. When I work, it is braided or bound with elastic ties so that I can present the accepted "professional" appearance that society demands and my work in the Food Industry requires.
A good example to refute those who say it isn't possible! If women can do it, men can do the same. I've worked in places (As I'm sure we all have), where men, but not women, were required to cut their hair on the basis that it was "unsanitary" and did not present a "professional image." Hogwash! Those are just excuses for perpetuating gender inequality.
As long as he wants to. Personally I like his hair to be long and ponytailed.
I agree with that. So long as it can then periodically be taken out of the ponytail.
